Our booth uses a simple touchscreen interface with clear instructions, so guests can step in, have fun, and enjoy the moment on their own. Everything is fully automated and thoroughly tested before your event.

Before every event, the booth is fully tested, stocked, and set up to run smoothly. The booth is also equipped with video-only monitoring (no audio) so we can ensure everything is operating correctly and address issues if they arise.
If support is needed, we provide on-call assistance and clear instructions so minor issues can be resolved quickly.

This is a common and valid question.
The photo booth is an enclosed trailer that operates with the rear ramp door lowered and the side entry door open, allowing for natural airflow during the event. We also provide ventilation and optional fans to help circulate air.
Because guests are inside the booth for short periods of time (typically under a minute), temperature has not been an issue for most events.
Please note:
We do not currently offer built-in air conditioning or heat
For extreme weather conditions, we recommend shaded areas when possible

Our photo booth is built into a 6×12 enclosed trailer, and setup is simple. We require:
A flat, level surface that can safely accommodate the trailer
Enough clearance to fully lower the rear ramp door and open the side entry door
Access to one standard 20-amp electrical outlet
Power located within a reasonable distance of the trailer
We provide heavy-duty, outdoor-rated extension cords (up to 100 feet total). Please let us know in advance if power access is limited so we can plan accordingly.
For safety and performance reasons, the trailer cannot be placed on steep slopes, uneven ground, or soft surfaces. All children must also be accompanied by an adult while in the booth.
We are happy to coordinate directly with your venue or planner to confirm placement.

Yes! Guests of all ages can enjoy the booth, but all children must be accompanied by an adult while using it. This ensures their safety and makes sure everyone has a fun experience.

Deposit: 25% non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date.
Remaining balance: Due on the day of your event.
Payment options: Cash, check, or online (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Klarna, Afterpay). Online payments include a 3% processing fee.
Cancellation:
More than 30 days before your event: Deposit is non-refundable; remaining balance not yet due.
Less than 30 days before your event: Full rental fee may be due.
Rescheduling: Deposits can be applied to a new date if we have availability.
